Thank you John for drawing the plans of our fantastic downstairs extension. John’s drawings were very accurate and designed to meet the needs of my family. He was very considerate and asked us the things we really wanted from this extension, gave us ideas of building ideas and meeting the requirements for planning. He also went above and beyond to help us find solutions to problems that other architects might have overlooked. Like the position of the water pipes and maximising the use of space in our home. When he was in our home measuring he was polite and courteous. The drawings are really stunning and the detail is really beautiful. John did the drawings and plans for our loft extension. I was incredibly impressed with his dedication to making sure all measurements were accurate, and details thorough, the drawings were second to none and absolutely gorgeous.
He was also really helpful and knowledgeable in regard to what was needed to meet planning permission and building regs, The drawings were incredibly personalised to meet our needs, as we didn’t want a typical dormer, but sash style windows that would let a lot of light in. John made sure to make maximum use of space, giving us as much window as possible while still meeting the requirements for planning. We are incredibly grateful for his personalised and creative approach.

I couldn’t have been happier with the service that was received by John.
His attention to detail was unwavering and he listened to everything that was said.
He also offered really great advice when we were stuck for ideas. John ensured that the ideas we did have, were indeed viable through architecture and would be a suitable change for the planning department…we had grand ideas…and were in-keeping with our area.
